Two ways to add balance, both credited within minutes.

## How do I add balance on SMS Nitro?

Open Balance in the dashboard, choose card or crypto and the amount (minimum $5). Card payments go through Stripe and carry a 10% processing fee; crypto (USDC or SOL on Solana) has no fee and is credited after on-chain confirmation. Balance never expires.

## Card

- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe.
- 10% processing fee, shown before you pay.
- The statement line shows SMS Nitro.

## Crypto

- USDC and SOL on the Solana network, no fee.
- Send the exact amount to the address shown; credit after confirmation, usually under a minute.
- Sending another token or network is not recoverable.

## Payment not showing up

Card: wait five minutes, then open a ticket with the Stripe receipt. Crypto: open a ticket with the transaction hash.
