Why did Google not send my verification code?
If Google showed 'this phone number cannot be used for verification', it refused the line type before sending. If it said it sent the code and nothing arrived, the number range is throttled. In both cases, cancel the number (not charged) and take a physical-SIM number from a country with a high Google success rate, on an IP from the same region.
What Google checks
- Line type: VoIP refused.
- History: how many accounts the number verified.
- Context: IP country, browser fingerprint, time since the page loaded.
The fix
Physical-SIM pool, matching IP region, request once. If three countries fail in a row, the issue is your browser or IP, not the numbers.

Does Google accept the same number twice?
A few times over a long period. The catalog does not resell a number for Google within its cooling window.
Does Google send codes by voice?
Yes, as an alternative, but SMS Nitro numbers receive SMS only. Request the SMS.
Why does Google refuse every country?
Then the signal is your browser or IP, not the number. Try a clean profile on a residential connection.
Can I use a rented number for Google 2FA?
