What is a phone number rental?
A rental is a private number assigned to your account for a fixed period, from 24 hours to 30 days, with unlimited incoming SMS from any service. Unlike a one-time number, it does not expire after one code, so it works for two-factor logins, account recovery and services that re-verify. Rentals are paid up front and can be extended before they end.
When a rental beats a one-time number

Non-VoIP (physical SIM) rentals
Strict services such as WhatsApp, Google, PayPal and most banks check whether a number belongs to a real mobile carrier. Physical-SIM rentals come from carrier SIMs hosted in our partners' infrastructure, so they pass those checks. Virtual (VoIP) rentals are cheaper and fine for everything else. Both types are labeled in the catalog with their country and operator.
Periods and extension
Choose 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You can extend an active rental from the dashboard before it expires; after expiry the number returns to the pool and cannot be recovered. Keep two-step verification enabled on your accounts so a change of number never locks you out.
